All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.

2. Shipping Methods

Once your package ships, how long until it’s at your door? It varies by location—here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Local Delivery: The delivery of Products to local addresses within the territory where the Company operates shall be completed within 2 to 5 business days from the date on which the Order is confirmed and the full payment is received by the Company. Business days here refer to regular working days excluding weekends and statutory public holidays.
  • International Delivery: For orders shipped to addresses outside the aforesaid territory, the delivery period shall be 3 to 7 business days, calculated from the date of the Order’s dispatch from the Company’s warehouse. This timeframe excludes any delays arising from customs clearance procedures, international transportation disruptions, or force majeure events beyond the Company’s reasonable control. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside its direct management

3. Shipping Destinations

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the following factors:

  • The total weight and dimensions of your package.
  • Your destination country.
  • The shipping method selected during checkout.
    The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped (not the order date). Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier-related issues. Estimated delivery times for major regions are as follows:

  • Asia: 5–12 business days.
  • North America & Europe: 7–15 business days.
  • Other Regions: 10–20 business days.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
As an international customer, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by your country’s regulations. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Additionally, certain countries may have restrictions on specific materials used in our dresses. We advise checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

9. Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Good Omens Limited is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

10. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation and applicable restocking fees.

11. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:

  • For lost packages, report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • For damaged items, report within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos.
    We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

12. Packaging
Your dresses are carefully packaged in high-quality, protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take pride in presenting our products beautifully, even in transit.

13. Shipping Insurance
All orders include basic shipping insurance. For high-value purchases (exceeding HKD $1,500), we recommend purchasing additional insurance during checkout for added peace of mind.
